In this paper,we introduced some details about pivotal index and methods of traffic impact analysis,which play an important role in the analysis process of traffic impact fee traffic impact analysis.Furthermore,they are all based on the large amount data of traffic investigation of Wuhan in 1998,or 2000.The Asia Trading Plaza lies in Wuluolu Road which is one of the trunk roads of Wuhan city,and locates at inner loop line.Taking the calculation of TIF of the Asia Trading Plaza as an example,we introduce the calculation process of TIF briefly in the last part of this paper.Our investigation on TIA has referred much work of TIA home and abroad,and also in virtue of the research task of"The TIA Research of Urban Large Scale of Public Buildings in Wuhan".However,as the research of traffic impact analysis in China is still in the stage of exploring now,the aim of our work is also to make a role of reference in the study of TIA.After all,there are so many problems need to be conducted and studied in this field.
