  • Fresnel diffraction intensity patterns are computed where Gaussian plane waves with various spot size and transverse displacement are truncated by a slit.The correlation coefficients of these pattern curves and that one of uniformly planar waves are calculated.The gravity center coordinates of these patterns and the fit formula of space loci of the gravity centers are investigated.
