Analysis of Robustness and Efficiency in Surveying Data Adjustment

This paper deals with the robustness and efficiency of surveying data processing from the point of view of efficiently using information available and relationship between them. The essential difference between the robust estimation and classical estimation has been described. It also presents the principal criterion for robustizing the data adjustment and com-parison between ressistance and efficiency with several examples.
