Analysis of Separability for Deformation Monitoring Networks

According to the testing theory with two alternative hypotheses,the theory of sensitivity for a deformation Monitoring network has been extended to the theory of separability for deformations and gross errors.General formulas are established and the separability and the discernible-reliability for a monitoring network are introduced.The separability between deformations and gross errors for some typical deformation models(single point movement,block movement and homogeneous strain) is investigated and some important results are given.
