The Variance Estimation of Corresponding Points in GIS Overlay Operation
This paper introduces observation matrix of corresponding points coordinates, establishes multivariate analysis model of corresponding points observation in overlay opertions, derives a general formula to estimate the variance of corresponding points before and after overlay operation.
