The Study on ICCP Algorithm for Gravity Matching Based on Local Continuous Field

  • A new iterative closest contour point algorithm based on continuous field with the unique analytic expression was presented.The model of searching the closest contour point is firstly built;then the BFGS method of quasi-newton was adopt to locate the closest contour point in confidence region.Finally,two simulation experiments with different conditions have been done to test the effect of the ICCP based on continuous field and the ICCP based on discrete field.From the simulation results,we can see that the new algorithm have been improved in the searching of the closest contour point compared to the normal ICCP and the matching precious of the new ICCP was improved significantly with this reason.
