This paper presents a new method for attitude determination with GPS:the damped LAMBDA algorithm with coordinates functional constraint.And the precision estimation of azimuth and attitude are discussed.The attitude determination has the following two characteristics:① the baselines are very short,so that the satellite orbit errors and atmosphere delay errors can be removed through double difference;② the length of every baseline is fixed.This is helpful for fixing ambiguities.
