Cultivated Land Compensation Model Based on Five-Tuple Array

This paper discusses the essence of balance between the cultivated land occupying and compensation. Then, qualitatively, quantitatively and spatially analyzing the compensation process for occupied cultivated land, this paper puts forward a compensation model for occupied cultivated land which is based on Five-Tuple Array model and gives the corresponding programmer. An experiment is taken under GIS environment. It provides an important technique supporting for the implementation of dynamic balance between cultivated land demands and supplies under land use planning.
