  • This paper tries to research 3D reconstruction of complicated buildings based on stereo aerial images. Three important concepts, topological chain, interior topology and exterior topology, are put forward. The reconstruction of interior topology and exterior topology is analyzed, and the topological data model of complicated buildings is developed. Based on this data model, a bi-directional querying algorithm is designed to reconstruct surfaces of complicated buildings automatically.
