  • This paper applys computer aided optimization design to CRP.It has dealt with the structure, the function and the making method of a system of computer aided optimization design.Author has constructed a programming system of computer aided Network Optimization Design in close range photogrammetry SNOD-C.The system can design the contents of the number and the locations of photograph stations, the number of photos on each station, the photograph forms, the distribution of control points and object points, the selection of cameras and measuring instruments, the selection of non-photogrammetric observations, etc. At the same time, the SNOD-C's sub-system of self-Calibration Bundle Adjustment with Relative controls SCBAR,which is based on the latest theory of photogrammetric adjustment,is adequate to the data-handling of general CRP.At last a practical example of network design in CRP has been given.
