An Investigation on the Second Order Design of the Control Networks with Special Purposes
The paper deals with the second order design of the control networks with special purposes as well as the construction of the criterion matrices.An optimal mathematical model to the problem has been proposed and an available numerical algorithm is also discussed in the paper.
