Determination and Integration of Subjective Weights and Objective Weights of Land Grading Factors

Some shortcomings of traditional methods in figuring out the weights of land grading factors are analyzed,and a weight mining method based on cloud model,which integrates subjective information with objective information,is brought forth.The basic idea of applying cloud model,Delphi and correlation analysis to figure out the weights of land grading factors is also expatiated.Last,the residential land in Wuhan is taken as an example to mine the weights of land grading factors,and the feasibility of the application is analyzed.
