  • This paper outlines the functions and development related to the data exchange among the different levels of land and resources administrational departments, information system implementation for the e-government, spatial and attribute data management, data analysis, data mining, etc. And the key problems of the data center development are analyzes. The general technologic routes and the methodologies for the establishment of land and resources data center are described.
