A new method to convert GPS llelght with EGM96 and terrain correction is pro—posed in this paper,which is the improvement from the classie one based on BP ArtificialNeural Networks even with a larger scope:in not only plain area but also hilly area.The ob—served gravity data is unnecessary due to cost savings at the expense of accuracy.
