Abstract: By analyzing sampling method of transformer errors, a newly developed intelligent transformer calibrator is presented. An orthogonal decomposation circuit based on 90° Phase-shift with phase-locked loop is realized. The calibrator can measure the ratio error f and phase displacement δ of both current and voltage transformer automatically.
