Abstract: A new image segmentation technique using the Neutrosophic Logic is proposed. Based on three factors of logic, including truth, indeterminacy，and falsity，a practical mathematical model is presented. The proposed technique has been tested in a segmentation experiment using three aerial images, showing that the mathematical model is rational and correct，while the technique is of superior performance.
