Using Gene Expression Programming to Improve Satellite Images

This paper presents a model to restore the degraded satellite image based on the gene expression programming.With a partial reference image,the model firstly mines out the math relationship between the reference image and the degraded image with the gene expression programming.And then it uses the math relationship to reconstruct the degraded image.Finally,it complete the aim of restoring the overall degraded image by a partial reference image.The results show that the method is effective and has a certain practical value.
