Abstract
In order to improve the antena array processing performance under narrowband interferences illuminating from the satellite direction,a novel space-frequency adaptive processing(SFAP) algorithm was proposed. The received signal is preprocessed with adaptive filtering in the frequency domain to suppress the narrowband interferences, and then transmitted to the further SFAP directly to suppress wideband interferences.Using the adaptive filltering in the frequency domain, this strategy could effectively reduce the loss in satellite signals and the estimate error in SFAP.The simulational results show that compared with ordinary space-time or space-frequency adaptive processing, the output signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR) is improved and maintains its supremacy when narrowband interferences illuminating from the direction of the desired signal.
