  • We designe the flow of cultivated land supply under the land consolidation of rural residential areas, and put forward 3 consolidation modes, which are urbanization mode, village reform mode, move and merge mode.We analyze the realistic potential of land consolidation on different modes based on 2 factors of households' willingness and economy.By spatial analysis of GIS,we construct mathematical models which including factors of slopes, farming radius, continuation degrees, adjacencies and rates on different modes of land consolidation of rural residential areas. We take Jiayu County in Hubei Province as an example for application, and offer a new idea for evaluating the cultivated land potential under the land consolidation of rural residential areas.
