Determination of the Best Optimal Correction Model Based on Kullback-Laible Information

  • The manual digitized data from paper maps has a lower positional accuracy.In this paper,with the help of GPS control points with a higher accuracy,the digitized source data is corrected using the transformation models,and the best optimal model is determined using the refined Akaike information criterion(AICc) based on Kullback-Laible information.The result shows that the transformation model can improve the positional accuracy of the digitized data.
