Antenna Track Deformation Precise Measurement and Pointing Error Model

Abstract
For the purpose of getting track deformation of the 25 m antenna in Urumqi and the effect of track deformation on antenna pointing,two methods are proposed in this paper.One is utilizing a delicate digital level to measure the deformation of the track elevation,and the other is using a frame-typed level to measure the pointing error.The correlation of the actual measured data with two methods is analyzed and the pointing error model is presented.The measurement data is fitted by least-squared model,and the results show that the model reflects the pointing error well.
