  • In order to meet people' multi-level cognition needs of land use planning information pubilshed, ontology theory was adopted to demonstract land use planning information, and a reconstruction model was built. We design the relational data structures for elements in the reconstruction model, realize a algorithm of semantic representation and reconstruction based on graph traversal theory and verify the validity of the information reconstruction model with the result of the overall land-use planning(2006 -2020) of the autonomous County of Changjiang LI nationality of Hainan Province as experiment data.It is proved that the proposed model is able to organize and represent the planning information explicitly, and can realize the semantic representation of the multi-level cognition needs of people in the publicity process of land-use planning.
