3D Topological Reconstruction of Heterogeneous Buildings Considering Exterior Topology

We analyze the problems in the 3D topological reconstruction of the heterogeneous buildings and put forward the calculation method of the automatic topological reconstruction based on the requirements of topological data model,the roof plan,the floor plan and the structural plan.The calculation method shall be able to effectively take the 3D topological reconstruction for the heterogeneous buildings,and thus it does not only maintain the interior topology of each real unit within the building,but also consider the exterior topology of the physical parts.In accordance with the above method,the data generation model of 3D cadastre management system is designed and developed.the method is tested and studied by taking a some residential area in Shenzhen as the pilot area to verify its feasibility and effectiveness as a way of 3D topological reconstruction.
