Deformantion Measurement of Rubber Fenders of a Deepwater Port by Using Amateur Cameras

In order to provide data for the dock engineering design works,photogrammetric close-range method was adopted for the measurement of the deformation of rubber fender s of a deepwater port for tankship anchorage.This paper introduces theory and practice of this photogrammetric project where amateur cameras were used for the picture taking and the general theorem of the Direct Linear Transformation(DLT) by Y.I.Abdel-Aziz anal H.M.Karara was applied for the data evaluation.Besides,a simple method to establish an indoor permanent control net with a precision of 0.1~0.2mm is introduced.
