State Space Method of Digital Image Restoration

A recursive processing method in space domain,state space method,used in digital image restoration is described.The use of this method has been further extended from restoring motion blurred images to recovering general 2-D degraded images.The state space presentation of degraded system models is firstly developed.In the noise-free case,an inverse system model used to solve the restoration problem of degraded images is then derived.Based on the inverse system model,a new simpler formula used to recover the image blurred by motion in one direction is also given.The results of computer simulation experiments are presented.
