Study on ScanSAR Interferometry for Monitoring Large Scale Earthquake

  • ScanSAR mode can be used to monitor deformation of large area,but this mode has some difference with strip mode.Aiming to study those differences,following ScanSAR mode data interferometry processing have been analyzed such as strip mosaicing,coregistering,correction of atmosphere effects and geoid undulation.At the same time,methods overcoming corresponding problems have been put forward.In this paper,ENVISAT WSS mode interferograms of Wenchuan and Yutian earthquake are corrected,and the deformation fields have been analyzed.With the application to ScanSAR interferometry in Wenchuan and Yutian earthquake,it is significant for scientific research on large earthquakes and crust motion.
