  • Voronoi diagram was widely applied to GIS spatial data modeling and spatial analysis in the past ten years.This paper overviews its applications to spatial interpolation,terrain modeling,facility location analysis,spatial recognition as well as spatial data generalization.Future research directions are also briefly summarized.
