Improvement on Evaluation Model for Base Land Price

This paper indicates the corresponding relations among the valuations process, influencing factor hierarchy and economic connotation for urban base land price, and analyses the disfigurement of the prevailing base land price modeling method. On the basis of these analysis, a new modeling thought is put forward.
