Analysis on Point Grade Factors' Effect Based on Affecting Character

The distributing shapes of CBD, bus stops, hospitals and schools etc. are like points in a whole city. These factors are called point factors in land grading, which can attract, centralize, transmit and exchange the flows of people, capital, information and ware etc. The corresponding arithmetic and working flows are designed in this paper. The results of radius, effect area and effect value got by the route distance voronoi mode are proved to be reasonable.
