Develeopment and Implementation of Multiresolution and Seamless Image Database System GeoImageDB

The basic principle,primary functions and features of applied software system GeoImageDB V1.1 we developed are recommended in this paper,the system is concerned with arrangement of multiresource data,image compression and seamless mosaicking, distribution based storage and management, spatial indexing of any resolution image data over scale, project and working area,integration with softwares such as GeoStar and GeoGrid, suspensory exchange standard of national spatial data,and distribution and share of image etc.
