  • The machine vision occupies an important position in the inspection of shape and position in manufacturing system. This paper presents the principle, hardware, software and accuracy analysis of a machine vision system that has been applied to workshop for the on-line shape and position inspection of steel plate, and also reports experimental results. It realizes high precision and wide field inspection of shape and position. It has wide fature.
