Fuzzy Comprehensive Method and Its Application in Land Grading

A new fuzzy comprehensive method is put forward in this paper,combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with fuzzy clustering analysis.It not only avoids both of their own disadvantages,but also makes better use of their advantages.In fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a new way to choose reasonable factors and decide factors' weights according to their different importances,is advanced,combining Delphi Method with Analytical Hierarchy Process.Furthermore,fuzzy clustering analysis without λ value is suggested here,while all the prior clustering analyses have to use λ value,which has all kinds of results because of the great human errors to decide λ.Finally,the new comprehensive method is practised in parts of land grading in Nanning city.Its achievement indicates that it is practised better and accepted easier.And the land grading results are not only unique,but also corresponding with the facts.
