Review and Dynamic Cartography for Level of Social Development in China

The paper introduces the norm system and concrete norms used to review the social development of provinces and cities in China. By using the theoty of thematic cartography,we can display visually and vividly the norms in accordance with five systems of the social development and can make an overall comparison between regions in the maps.At last,it expounds the major process and method of work of dynamic cartography for level of social development by using computer and softwares.
