Research and Experiment In Automated Name Placement for Residences on Maps
This paper deals with the method of automated name placement for residences on maps imitating manual placement principles. The key problem in the name placement-where the best position is for a name,is modelled so that it can be handled by a computer.This method is examined by given examples,which reveals the implementation and reason-ableness of this algorithm.
