The Application of high Accurate Photogrammetric Point Determination in Cadastral Survey

    Abstract
  • Today,in cadastral survey the coordinates of boundary poins are required to be determinated in the national coordinate system with a very high accuracy.Aerotriangulation is a well-known fast and accurate tool for this purpose,but it has not be windely used in China until now.This paper describes the principle and character of determinating the coordinates of boundary points by the use of analytical photogrammetry and the newly developed program system for combined adjustment-WuCAPS(abbreviated from Wuhan Combined Adjustment program System) by Department of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping.Some experiment results for xi'an cadastral project are given.The planimatric coordinate accuracy reaches ±6~7cm in the ground,which shows the applicability of high accurate photogrammetric point determination in cadastral survey.
