Abstract

Based on the analysis and comparation between the two method of second order optimizing design of networks-analytical and simulated method this paper has proposed the analytical-simulated method.Using this method in the second order optimizing design of the secondrate urban network of Qingdao,a satisfactory survey plan has been got.
