Bundle Block Adjustment Based on the Principle of Minimizing the Sum of Absolute Residuals

This paper proposes the principle of the bundle block adjustment of minimizing the sum of absolute residuals and the Robust character of its solution.After weights have been introduced in the adjustment,the ability of gross detection can be increased.The experiments show that all the four corner points contain blunders,the accuracy of the adjustment by minimizing the sum of absolute residuals still has the best stability.
