Abstract

This paper presents a fuzzy weighted evaluation method designed for the synthetic analysis of several factors. The Geographic Information System (GIS) technology is used to generate required raster data from urban data with several factors in vector form. The practical application of this methodology in urban master planning of Huangshi city is also briefly described.
