Abstract
A question that 'Is the approach to construction statistics reasonable in the existed unit weight variance hypothesis testing method?' was proposed and two specific reasons were given in this paper.After approaches to construction statistics deeply discussed based on unit weight variance ratio,a novel approach to construction statistics for global testing was put forward.An approach to construction statistics based on try method for local testing was analyzed and then it's scope and inadequate of application was given,furthermore,a novel approach based on search-try method was put forward.And then,a novel unit weight variance hypothesis testing model was developed which was applied to compatibility analysis of single or multiple incompatibility datum points in engineering GPS network.Finally,it verifies that the novel model is feasible and effective via an example in this paper.
