Abstract
This paper has been solved the problem of elimination of imcomplate reset noise with the approach of double reset at first. And then, on the basis of synthetical analysis of reset noise sources at 1728CCLID output stage, the physical foundation of CDS restraining techniques, realizable conditions and practical problems to be solved have been analysed by correlation concept. According to this result, one new kind of CDS circuit contrived that performance is better and more available than traditional CDS circuit and 1728CCLID reset noise can be eliminated completely.
