  • Obstacle location-allocation problem is more complicated than general one.This paper puts forwards a simple arithmetic flow of solving obstacle location-allocation problem based on clonal selection principlel(CLONALG),together with other models.Then makes a simple example using the new arithmetic flow method and obtains a well result.
