  • The characteristics of geospatial metadata is discussed,the object hypostases of geospatial metadata is anatomized,and object model of geospatial metadata is constructed.Based on this,how to develop geospatial metadata standard with object-oriented method is presented the approaches are designed in detail,and the method to develop metadata standard for geospatial information of water resources is applied.
