Abstract

With detailed discussion of the features of geospatial data, a new concept.QoGIS, as an extension of QoS in communication and geospatial data quality in desktop GIS, is based on above concept, a research framework of QoGIS is presented. Studies on QoGIS will enable best quality of service for any client, any connection and any server or server composition.
