A New Method Based on Local Difference Powering for Remote Sensing Image Fusion

Through analyzing current methods for remote sensing image fusion,a new fusion method based on local difference powering is proposed.This method is designed for the fusion of different features in the multi-source images.The experiment shows that this method can not only maintain the spectrum characteristics and improve the spatial resolution,but also solve the problem due to the difference of spatial information.
