Monitor State of GPS Rb Clock Using Jones-Tryon Kalman Filter

Jones-Tryon Kalman filter which was applied in the state parameter estimation of quartz clock and GPS master control station clock is used to stir the state parameter of GPS Rb clock,covariance matrix of process noise and observation noise was calculated by Hadamard deviation,and the startup mode is fix ed by prior knowledge,as a result a filter adapt to stir the GPS Rb clock parameters.The calculation present that the method is effective.
