Color Design of the Hill-Shading Map Based on Entropy
The paper analyzes the limitation of color design in hill-shading map,and provides a new method for color design based on the entropy and the evaluation model of elevation data classification.With these methods the paper make some experiments on landforms hill-shading,and estimate hill-shading map in objective and subjective aspects.The result indicates the representation of hill-shading map is elegant,stereoscopic and colorful.
