  • SVLBI (space very long baseline interferometry) has a lot of important potential applications in geodesy and geodynamics, for which one of the most difficult tasks is to precisely determine the orbit of SVLBI satellite. According to the geodetic requirements of space VLBI satellite, several technologies that will possibly be able to determine the orbit of SVLBI satellite are studied. The time efficiency of the joint observation and the efficiency of visiting the radio sources are analysed. And then, according to the kind of tracking satellites(such as GNSS,relay satellite) ,and the requirements for geodetic and astrometric study, and also the geometry requirement of GNSS (GPS,GALILEO) satellite to track the space VLBI satellite, the six Keplerian elements of the space VLBI satellite are determined. The results are present finally.
