Theory's Optimization of Helmert Variance Component Estination and Its Application to Deformation Monitoring Network

As one method of the confirming weight newly to gain the best weight,Helmert variance component estination in used in many fields.In this paper,Optimized Helmert variance component estination is used in the deformation monitoring network,which makes the confirming weight more reasonable,and the adjusted value's precision much higher.It demonstrates the effectivity of Optimized Helmert variance component estination.
