  • The mathematic model of up-link is set up according to a down-link model. The effects of major errors on the downlink and uplink are compared. The results of some simulated tests are reported,in which two-way links are simulated, the clock offsets between satellits and ground are achieved by processing the simulated data. This method are verified by comparing clock offsets with their truth values. Some meaningful conclusions are made.
