  • Riskassessmentresearchongeologicaldisastersmainlyfocusesonstaticdisasters,butgeo logicaldisastershoweveraredynamicprocess.Thestudyofdynamicgeologicaldisastersthereforeareapressingtopicatpresent.Thepaperfirstlydiscussestheuseofeventtreeanalysisandmulti levelfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationcombinedwithGIS,withtheXunzhongtownofDehuacountryinQuanzhoucity,Fujianprovinceasthestudyarea;selectingthesuratyphoonofAugust2012,andthegeologicaldisastersofAugust2nd15,August3rd10andAugust3rd23tomadeaevaluationriskmaptopredictthedevelopmentofdynamicchangewiththistrendofgeologicaldisastersrespectivelytosupportgeologicaldisasterpreventionmeasures.Theresultssuggestthatsuchtechniquesmightplayaguidingroleinprotectionfromgeologicaldisastersandcouldreduceloss.
